The Coach and Participant can comment on Action Plans and create a dynamic and private coaching experience. To comment on an action plan, first navigate to the participant's page and click on the individual goal statement.
Add comments in the comment box provided beneath the goal. An email with the comment text will be sent to the Participant or Coach – whoever it is intended - once you click "Add Comment".
